Your Free Standard Delivery code will be part of the email you receive when you enter the Select or Premier tier.

Club Threadbare paid tiers are our delivery subscription offering, we have to options available.

Plus: £4.99 yearly subscription. Our plus tier offers free Standard Delivery on orders over £25 and 1 free return per year.

VIP: £9.99 yearly subscription. Our VIP tier offers free Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 and 2 free returns per year. *

Your free delivery benefit will automatically be added to your account when you join Plus or VIP and will remain active for 12 months from your purchase date. To redeem it, simply log in to your Club Threadbare account before checkout and your eligible delivery option will be applied automatically.

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders that meet the minimum spend threshold.

Please note VIP delivery is only available in GB and currently not available in NI.

Your free return benefit will automatically be added to your account when you join Plus or VIP. To use it, simply log in to our returns portal using the email address linked to your Club Threadbare account. Once redeemed, your free return benefit will be removed from your account.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please do not use your free return benefit. Instead, contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help.

You can earn points every time you shop, as well as through selected member activities like leaving reviews and more. Keep an eye out for bonus points events and exclusive member offers throughout the year.

Your points will become available in your account once your order has been fulfilled.

If you cancel or return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account balance.

Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them at checkout for money off eligible orders. Simply select your reward before completing your purchase.

Minimum spend requirements apply to some rewards. Our £5 off reward requires no minimum spend, our £10 and £15 off rewards require a £30 minimum spend.

Once you’ve joined Club Threadbare, you’ll be automatically enrolled into our Signature tier. You’ll move to Select and Premier once you reach the required spend threshold for each tier. To join Plus or VIP, simply purchase the yearly subscription. 

Yes. Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned, so don’t forget to use them!

Yes. As part of being a Club Threadbare member, if you’ve added your birthday to your account, you’ll receive 100 points on your birthday.

* If your birthday date is within 30 days of submitting, your points may be slightly delayed.

No. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes and cannot be used to purchase sale items.

No. Your Club Threadbare membership is linked to your personal account and email address and should not be used by anyone else.
