Threadbare x Pink Ribbon Foundation: The Pink Edit
We are delighted to be partnering with the Pink Ribbon Foundation throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month to raise awareness of breast cancer and people suffering with it. The pink ribbon is the international symbol of breast cancer awareness. This October marks the annual Breast Cancer Awareness month, and we at Threadbare wanted to support the Pink Ribbon Foundation in their efforts. We want to help raise aware of breast cancer, particularly how to check your breasts for it. Get to know the look, shape and feel of your own breasts (this can be done comfortably when washing in the shower) and if you notice any changes that seem abnormal, and not down to your hormonal cycle, or you have any concerns at all, book an appointment to see your doctor. Don't forget to check all the way from your armpit, round your breast and up to your collarbone as there are lymph nodes in all of these areas.
