Please note for all deliveries to Ireland we cover any duties. If you are asked by the carrier to pay import duties, please contact customer services with your order number at customerservice@threadbare.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped by our warehouse team you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email will contain your tracking number.
If you are unsure please contact customer services at customerservice@threadbare.com.
Please make sure when contacting customer service, that you supply both your order number and tracking number as they will need this to locate you on the system.

- Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday; they are not dispatched on Sundays
- All 48 hour orders placed after 6pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day
- All 48 hour orders placed Sunday or after 12pm on Saturday will be dispatched Monday
