Extended Returns for Christmas

We are offering extended returns for the festive period on orders placed between 1st December 2025 and 24th December 2025, excluding sale items. 

Please notify us of your intention to return by 10th January 2026, and return the item(s) to us by 24th January 2026. 

Return and Refund Policy (IE)

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return your item(s), and a further 14 days to send your purchase back to us (28 days total).

We do not charge a return processing fee for our Republic of Ireland customers, but we do ask that you arrange and pay for your own return postage.

Your original delivery fee will only be refunded if the item you received is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return

Contact Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to inform us of your intention to return. 

If you don’t contact us within this 14-day cooling-off period, you are unable to return the item(s).

Post cooling-off period, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. To do this:

  1. Complete the Returns Form included with your order, noting the item(s) you are returning and the reason(s) why. Place the completed form inside your parcel with the returned item(s).

If you no longer have the Returns Form or a copy of your invoice, please include a handwritten note with your order number, full name, item code(s), item size(s) and the reason(s) for the return.

  1. Wrap your parcel securely (in the original packaging where possible) and send to the following address using your preferred postal or courier service. Please retain proof of postage until your refund is received.

Condition of Returned Items

All items must be returned in their original condition with the tags still attached.

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is in place and has not been broken.

Please take extra care when trying on items. We cannot refund any items that are marked, stained, or tainted by body odour or perfume. 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept underwear returns unless faulty.

Any items that our Quality Control team deem unreturnable will be disposed of and a refund will not be given.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact Customer Service.  

When contacting us, please state your order number, your full name, the item code and the reason for contacting us (e.g. faulty item, incorrect size, incorrect item).

We will advise you on how to proceed. Please note, no alterations should be made to the item before returning it.

For faulty or incorrect items, your original delivery fee will be refunded, and you will not be responsible for the cost of return postage cost.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 28 days.

Your original delivery fee will only be refunded if the item you received is faulty or incorrect.

Where is my refund?

Refunds can take up to 28 days. If you have not been refunded after 28 days, please contact Customer Service.

Can I exchange my item? 

We are unable to offer exchanges. Please return your item to us for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Why have I been refunded for an item I haven’t received?

In rare cases, due to high demand, an item you ordered may become unavailable. If this happens, we will refund the affected item. If your order contains additional items, the rest of your order will be dispatched as normal, and you will receive an email confirming the change. It will also be noted on the invoice included in your parcel.

I have returned an non-Threadbare item, what do I do? 

We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake. While we will always try to locate non-Threadbare items and return them to you, this is not always possible and will be subject to a delivery charge. Please note that the original returns fee will still apply if you send an item to us in error, so please take extra care when packaging your return.
